Retention Package

$1250 or 12 payments of $135

Our Retention Advocacy Services Package includes the remainder of the school year advocacy services in addition to the free 30-minute initial consultation to be used for consulting with the Parent, school personnel, or other service providers in preparation for an upcoming IEP or Section 504 meeting.

Review of child’s educational records including Parent Questionnaire by Parent advocate after initial consultation.
30-minute telephone, in-person, or virtual meetings where the Parent Advocate will supply the Parent with a prepared list of recommendations, suggestions, and courses of action for the Parent to take to the upcoming IEP or Section 504 meeting. The parent will also have the opportunity to discuss any additional concerns or issues. The total time for meetings conducted shall not exceed 6 hours, unless the family is agreeing to adhere to the additional fees as listed below.
Telephone, text, and e-mail consultations with the Parent, school personnel, or other service providers. Any time spent will be deducted from the 6 hours included in the package.
IEP Meeting attending with support virtually or in-person.
Review of IEP or 504 Plan after the meeting.
Access to a 30-minute consultation with our Attorney Service, at no additional cost.

File
Review

$130

Our File Review Package includes a review of your child’s current IEP or 504 Plan, as well as other supporting documents. Once our team reviews your documentation, we will provide feedback with a plan of action to self-advocate for your child.

This service supports families who are unable to make an extended commitment at the time of the initial contract.

File Review with IEP Virtual Attendance

Our Virtual Meeting Attendance includes one and a half hours of advocacy services alongside the file review. During the meeting, our knowledgeable advocate will provide guidance and support in securing equitable assistance for your child.

Due Process Meeting Support

$200 or 3 payments of $75

This package is designed for families preparing for a Due Process Hearing under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).

Our team will provide experienced, compassionate advocacy support to ensure your child’s educational rights are fully protected.
Our expert team will assist with the Compliance Complaint process, attendance of the Resolution Meeting, Mediation, and filing for Due Process.
If your case goes beyond these steps, our team is available to attend the Due Process hearing as expert witnesses at an hourly rate.***

1-Hour Consultation

Our 1-Hour consultation is for clients who are rescheduling a missed complimentary appointment. This focused session provides dedicated time to discuss your questions, review your progress, and receive professional recommendations tailored to your needs.

During your consultation, we may:

Discuss your situation and the reason you're seeking our services.
Answer your questions and provide professional guidance based on your needs.
Review any relevant documents or information you provide (if applicable).
Explain your available options, timelines, and what to expect moving forward.
Recommend the most appropriate next steps and discuss any services that may be beneficial.

Do I need an attorney?

Not necessarily. Most families begin by working with our advocacy team, and many concerns can be successfully resolved without legal action. If your child's situation requires legal representation, we can discuss whether a referral to our trusted legal partner, IEP Defenders, is appropriate. Even after a legal referral, our advocates remain actively involved in supporting your family and the legal team throughout the process.
